Parks College of Engineering, Aviation & Technology Scholarships

Parks College has numerous scholarships which assist students in funding their education. Generous support from alumni and friends have established these funds. To add your financial support to these funds, write the name of the fund on the memo section or your check, or type in the name of the fund on the online giving form.

For more information about these funds, please contact the Stewardship Office at 314.977.3145. If you are a student seeking financial aid, please direct all questions regarding the awarding of scholarships to the Office of Financial Aid. The Advancement Division does not award scholarships.

Scholarship Name Scholarship Description
Aloysius B. Bussmann Scholarship The scholarship was established in 1963 in memory of Aloysius Bussmann, Sr. by his children. It is given to gifted engineering students.
City Scholars Award Scholarship This fund was established in 1999 by James H. Bennett, a 1951 Parks College graduate. The scholarship is for students from St. Louis City public or private high schools.
Dennis A. Gatchell Engineering Scholarsh The scholarship provides scholarship assistance for a student at Parks College pursuing a degree in engineering. Student should demonstrate financial need and be employed in the SLU work-study program or outside the University.
Dr. Bellur L. Nagabhushan Endowed Undergraduate Scholarship The income from this undergraduate scholarship in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering is used to provide financial assistance to a junior or senior undergraduate student in Aerospace Engineering.
Edward J & Margaret Crane Scholarship This fund was established by Edward Crane, a University trustee emeritus and 1951 Business and Administration graduate, and his wife, Margaret, a 1951 Arts graduate. The scholarship is restricted to students at Parks College. One scholarship should be awa
Elbert & Virginia Clark Scholarship Elbert Clark was a 1956 Parks College graduate, and this scholarship is restricted to students in the College.
Eugene Adam Scholarship The purpose of this fund is to provide financial assistance for students in Parks College, with preference given to electrical engineering majors.
George T Baker Scholarship This scholarship was established by the George T. Baker Foundation for aviation students at Parks College.
Greater St. Louis Flight Instructors Association This fund provides a Parks College aviation scholarship.
Jack R. and Mary D. Weber Parks College Scholarship Fund The income of the scholarship it to be used to provide financial assistance to a junior or senior at Parks College.
Jeppesen Aviation Scholarship Fund The purpose of the fund is to provide scholarships for students pursuing careers in aviation.
John and Mary Ann Capellupo Endowed Scholarship Fund This fund is used to provide financial assistance for a Parks College senior or graduate who intends to pursue his or her graduate studies in system engineering at Parks College. The recipient will receive one-half of the award during the senior year at Parks College and the remainder during their first year in the graduate program at Parks College.
John B. Drahmann Endowed Scholarship Fund This fund was established by Jean Drahmann in memory of her husband.
John B. Drahmann Undergraduate Scholarship in Engineering Technology This scholarship provides financial assistance for students in the Engineering Technology program at Parks College.
John E. Singer Endowed Scholarship Fund This endowed scholarship established by Mary Ann Singer in memory of her husband. The scholarship is for students that are pilots pursuing study in the field of Aerospace Engineer ing at Parks College
John J. Novak Jr. Endowed Scholarship This fund provides financial assistance for students at Parks College.
John R. Manzo Electrical Computer Engineering Scholarship This scholarship was established by John Manzo (PK75) to provide financial assistance to students majoring in electrical or computer engineering who demonstrate leadership abilities.
Lawless Estate Parks Scholarship This fund was established through the Lawless Estate to provide financial assistance to Parks College students.
Lawrence Snyder Rotary-Wing Scholarship This scholarship was established in memory of Lawrence Snyder for students with an interest in rotary-wing flight. The scholarship is restricted to students at Parks College.
Lt. Leonard P. Miller Scholarship This scholarship in memory of Leonard Miller, a 1976 Parks College graduate, is for students in aerospace engineering, administration, maintenance or aviation science.
Malcolm and Elizabeth Jacobs Scholarship Provides scholarship assistance for graduate students at Parks College.
Manahan Scholarship This scholarship provides financial assistance for students in the engineering technology program at Parks College.
Margaret J. Wuller Endowed Scholarship This fund was established in 1996 by Joseph L. Klein in memory of his aunt. Ms. Wuller held a master's degree in History (1943) from the University and was a former faculty member. The fund is for Parks College students.
Mark & Carol Weber Annual Scholarship Fund at Parks College This fund provides financial assistance to students pursuing a degree in engineering, aviation, or related technologies. Scholarship will be awarded annually by application from the Parks College Dean's Office.
Mark George Bouckaert Mem. Scholarship To provide scholarship assistance for an engineering student at Parks College.
Michael M Field Memorial Scholarship This scholarship was established by David and Dorothy Field in memory of their son Michael, a 1973 Parks College graduate who died shortly after graduation. The scholarship is for Parks College students.
Oliver C. & N. Eleze Boileau Scholarship This scholarship was established by University trustee Oliver Boileau. The scholarship is restricted to students at Parks College.
Parks Alumni Assoc. Endowed Scholarship This scholarship was established for Parks sophomores, juniors, or seniors who complete the previous year at Parks.
Paul H. Taylor Endowed Scholarship Thi scholarship was established by Paul Taylor as an endowment to be used for the greatest need at Parks College. Mr. Taylor is a 1938 alumnus of Parks College.
Robert H. and Lenore M. Peterson Endowed Scholarship Fund The purpose of the scholarship is to provide financial aid to Parks College students.
Robert Kaemmerlen Family Annual Scholarship This fund provides an annual schlp in Parks College of Engineering and Aviation with an annual award of $2500, to be awarded to the same student each year for four years, if possible.
Roland Quest Memorial Scholarship Fund The Roland Quest Memorial Scholarship provides financial aid to full-time undergraduate students majoring in a program at Parks College of Engineering, Aviation and Technology at St. Louis University. The award will be made base on academic merit with secondary consideration to financial need.
Royal J. Bondie, Jr. Undergraduate Scholarship The purpose of this fund is to provide scholarships to needy Sophomores, Juniors, or Seniors majoring in Aerospace and/or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 2.8. Income will be added to principal until market value reaches $25,000.
Victor Bergenthal Scholarship This scholarship was established by the estate of Victor Bergenthal for students in Parks College.
Walter P. & Mary J. Eschbacher Scholarsh Provides scholarship assistance for a student studying engineering.
Walter Peters, Jr Aviation Scholarship This scholarship provides for aviation students at Parks College.
Women in Aviation Scholarship This endowed scholarship was established in 1998 by Women in Aviation, International. This scholarship is for a female freshman student in an aviation degree program at Parks College. The recipient must have a 3.5 high school GPA.
