John Cook School of Business

The John Cook School of Business has numerous scholarships which assist students in funding their education. Generous support from alumni and friends have established these funds. A.G. Edwards Endowed Scholarship Fund This scholarship is for undergraduate students enrolled in Cook School of Business with a minimum GPA of 3.0 who perform 20 hours of community service during the academic year.
Edgar J. Ampleman Scholarship This fund provides tuition assistance to a junior or senior commuter student from St. Louis city, perferably a parishoner of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
Anders Minkler and Diehl LLP Scholarship Fund This fund was established through memorial gifts from Anders, Minkler & Diehl, and its staff, partners and friends. It is for an accounting major with financial need.
Arthur Andersen Accounting Scholarship This scholarship was established in 1998 by Arthur Andersen and staff for graduate students in accounting.
William and Sue Anderson Scholarship Fund This fund was established by William G. Anderson (BA 54), a former University trustee, and his wife, Sue. The fund benefits accounting majors in the business school.
Anheuser-Busch Fellowship in International Business This fund was established in 1990 by Anheuser-Busch for graduate students pursuing a specialty in the field of international business.
Oliver J. Arnold Scholarship This scholarship was established by the estate of Oliver J. Arnold to provide assistance for accounting students in the School of Business.
B & A Endowed Scholarship This fund benefits students in the John Cook School of Business who demonstrate academic merit and financial need.
Clarence C. and Emily Barksdale Scholarship This fund was established by Clarence Barksdale, a former University trustee, and his wife, Emily. The scholarship is restricted to students in the School of Business and Administration.
John and Ann Basler Scholarship This fund was established by John H. Basler (BA 60), and benefits junior or senior level accounting majors in the John Cook School of Business.
George and Mary Lou Bayer Scholarship Fund This fund was established by George (BA 49) and Mary Lou Bayer to benefit business students.
Bud Berman Memorial Scholarship The fund was established by the Kellwood Company in honor of Bud Berman for International Business students.
Michael A. Berra Scholarship This fund was established by P. James Degnan (BA 61) in honor of Michael Berra, who was his first client, and is for students in the business school.
Joseph Boland, S.J. Memorial Scholarship This scholarship was established in memory of Fr. Boland and is restricted to students in the School of Business and Administration.
Boeing BOLD scholarship This scholarship was established by The Boeing Company and provides students who have declared their primary major as either business, engineering, mathematics, or computer science and a secondary major, minor or certificate in another of the above four areas.
Frank and Sas Boro Endowed Scholarship This fund was established in 1996 by Frank (BA 41) and Sas Boro to benefit students in the Business School.
Brian 'Bud' and Adele Burnes Jr. Scholarship This endowed scholarship for an undergraduate student athlete in the John Cook School of Business who is not already receiving a full athletic or academic scholarship.
Business and Administration MBA Scholarship Fund This fund was established by a gift from Southwestern Bell Telephone to benefit students pursuing a MBA.
Classes of the 60's B&A Scholarship The fund was established in 1998 by James Barnes (BA 65) for students in the School of Business.
Richard, Joseph & Roy Connors Scholarship This fund was established by the Connors Family Partnership and benefits a qualified student with financial need in the Graduate Business and Administration School.
Clark and Mildred Cox Scholarship The fund was established in 1998 by the estate of Clark Cox to provide scholarships to female graduate students in the Business School.
Contico Scholarship This scholarship is restricted to female students in the School of Business and Administration.
Cook Family Foundation Scholarship This fund was established in 1998 by the Cook Family Foundation for graduate students in the Business School.
Hamilton-Colombo Supply Chain Management Scholarship The purpose of this fund was established to provide financial support for part-time MBA students in the John Cook School of Business studying supply chain management.
Seitz Scholarship for International Business This scholarship was established by Leroy Grossman and Jeanene Kreevich to provide merit-based scholarships for graduate and undergraduate students majoring in International Business.
Joseph L. Davis, S.J. Scholarship This fund was established by George W. Wilson, Joseph W. White, Lee L. Daly and Angela F. Van Iseghem in memory of Joseph Davis, former dean of the School of Business and Administration.
Glen and Mary DeHart Endowed Scholarship This fund was established by Glen (BA 33) and Mary DeHart to benefit students in the School of Business.
Walter Donius / Pulaski Bank Scholarship Fund This fund was established by Walter Donius and Pulaski Bank to provide undergraduate scholarships in the John Cook School of Business, with preference given to students who are pursuing careers in banking and have demonstrated a commitment to diversity through their academic achievement, leadership experiences and volunteer experiences.
Melvin and Harriette Dubinsky Scholarship This scholarship honors Melvin Dubinsky (BA 35), and his late wife, Harriette, and is for students in the school of business.
Bruce K. Edwards Endowed Scholarship This fund was established in 1997 by Bruce K. Edwards for students in the School of Business.
Entrepreneurship Center Advisory Board Graduate Scholarship The purpose of this fund is to provide financial aid to an MBA student with a concentration in entrepreneurship at the John Cook School of Business.
Raymond H. Fienup Scholarship Fund This scholarship was established by Raymond Fienup for students in the School of Business and Administration.
Mr. and Mrs. William J. Fienup Scholarship This fund was established by Raymond H. Fienup (BA 48) to benefit students in the School of Business.
Henry Franz Memorial Scholarship This fund was established by Business and Administration alumni in memory of their fellow alumnus, Henry Franz (BA 30) and benefits students in the business school.
Germanese Family Scholarship Fund This fund was established by the Germanese Family to provide financial aid to a freshman in the John Cook School of Business.
Marianne E. and Peter A. Gleich Scholarship in International Business This fund was established by Marianne (LP 74) and Peter (BA 68) Gleich to benefit students in international business.
Henry J. Guithues Scholarship in Finance This fund provides scholarships to sophomores, juniors, or seniors majoring in finance, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and demonstrate financial need.
Theo Haimann Scholarship This fund was established in memory of Theo Haimann, a faculty member from the Business School and benefits business students.
Hill-Behan Scholarship This scholarship was established by Hill-Behan Lumber Company for students in the School of Business and Administration.
Richard D. Hillenbrand Scholarship Fund This fund was established by William A. Hillenbrand in memory of his son Richard (BA 66), to benefit students in the business school.
George F. Hutter Jr. Endowed Scholarship This fund was established in 1995 by Mark E. Hutter (BA 88) in memory of his father, and is for MBA students who demonstrate an interest in entrepreneurship.
Russ and Carol Ann Isaak Scholarship This scholarship was established by Russell (BA 64) and Carol Ann Isaak to benefit business students.
Benedict & Eleanor Janson Scholarship This endowed scholarship fund is part of the Endowment Campaign and is intended for a student in the Business and Administration school.
Catherine P. and John M. Joyce Scholarship Established by Catherine P. Joyce and her late husband, John (BA 30) and is restricted to students in the School of Business Administration.
Kennedy Capital Management Scholarship Fund This scholarship is a term scholarship to benefit a sophomore or junior finance student in John Cook School of Business.
Knaup Family B & A Scholarship This scholarship was established in 1996 by an anonymous donor for undergraduate students in the School of Business and Administration, and benefits full-time, American-born students who have graduated from a St. Louis area high school.
KPMG Peat Marwick Accounting Scholarship This fund was established in 1998 by the KPMG Peat Marwick Company and its employees for accounting students in the business school.
C.F. LeGrand Endowed Scholarship
Robert J. and Loretta I. Lubbe Endowment This scholarship was established by the estate of Robert J. Lubbe (BA 30) for financial aid in the Business School
Mr. and Mrs. Henry J. Lunnemann Scholarship This scholarship was established by Henry Lunnemann (BA 43) to benefit business students.
Bernard and Janice Mack B & A Scholarship This fund was established by Bernard Mack (BA 68) and provides financial support for students in the John Cook School of Business.
William C. Martinez Scholarship This fund was established by the Sunnen Foundation for graduate students in the International Business Program.
MasterCard International Business Endowed Scholarship This scholarship was established by MasterCard and benefits students studying International Business.
Dennis and Jean McDaniel Scholarship The scholarship was established by the late Dennis, a former university trustee, and Jean McDaniel for the School of Business and Administration.
Edwin B. and Nina Meissner Jr Scholarship The scholarship was established by Mr. and Mrs. Meissner to benefit business students to demonstrate financial need.
Robert and Juanita Mohrmann Scholarship The scholarship was established by Robert Mohrmann, a University Trustee, and his wife, Juanita, and benefits students in the School of Business and Administration.
Brendan Mooney Endowed Scholarship This scholarship was established in memory of Brendan Mooney, a junior at Saint Louis University at the time of his death. It was established by Mr. Thomas (AS 77) and Mrs. Mary Mooney. This scholarship benefits undergraduate students at the School of Business showing financial need.
Michael and Rita Mooney Graduate Business Scholarship This fund was established in 1996 by Michael H. Mooney (BA 66) for graduate business students.
Dolor and Lorraine Murray Scholarship The scholarship was established by Dolor Murray (AS 37), a former Unitersity Trustee, and his wife, Lorraine. The scholarship is restricted to students in the School of Business and Administration.
Gregory Nooney, Sr. Endowed Scholarship This scholarship was established by the friends, family and colleagues of Gregory Nooney, Sr (BA 26) in his memory. The fund benefits graduate students in the business school.
Thomas H. O'Leary Scholarship The scholarship was established in honor of Thomas H. O’Leary, a former University trustee, and benefits students in the business school.
Harry and Adele Oppenheimer Scholarship The scholarship was established by Harry Oppenheimer, one of the Business School's first graduates in 1917, and benfits students in the Business School.
Phoenix Endowed Scholarship Fund This fund was established to benefit accounting majors.
Powell Pearce and Jane Noel Marshall Scholarship Fund The purpose of the fund is to provide scholarship aid to graduate students who are academically well-qualified and demonstrate financial need.
William Lee Powers Scholarship This scholarship was established by the estate of Marcella A. Powers in memory of her brother, a 1953 Business and Administration graduate.
Norfleet and Eloise Rand Scholarship Fund This fund was established by Norfleet and Eloise Rand to benefit students in the School of Business and Administration.
Robert W. Reineke Scholarship Fund This fund was established in 1996 by Robert W. Reineke (BA 71) for undergraduate students in the School of Business.
Orville C. and Florene Rosemeyer Scholarship This scholarship was established to benefit students in the school of business and administration.
Ron and Pam Rubin Entrepreneurship Scholarship Fund This fund was established by Ron and Pam Rubin to provide assistance to an undergraduate business student majoring in Entrepreneurship at the John Cook School of Business.
Tom and Eleanor Ryan Endowed Scholarship This scholarship was established by Thomas and Katherine Ryan, Walter and Sharon Davisson, Valerie Davisson and Ann Book to honor the late Tom (PK 64) and Eleanor Ryan, to benefit graduate students in the John Cook School of Business.
Sax Accounting Scholarship This fund was established by Gerald Sax, C.P.A. (BA 83) to provide an undergraduate endowed scholarship for students majoring in Accounting.
Sax International Business Scholarship This fund was established by Gerald Sax, C.P.A. (BA 83) to provide undergraduate scholarships to sophomore, junior, or senior students in the Cook School of Business. The students must be majoring in International Business, meet academic requirements and demonstrate financial need.
Daniel and Marybelle Sheehan Scholarship The scholarship was established by Daniel and Marybelle Sheehan and is restricted to senior students in the School of Business and Administration.
Monte E. Shomaker Memorial Scholarship This fund was established in the memory of the father of Monte E. Shomaker, Jr., and is funded by memorial gifts from the Brown Shoe Company and others. The scholarship benefits students in the John Cook School of Business.
Richard and Jean Shomaker B & A Scholarship This fund was established by Richard Shomaker, a University Trustee, and his wife, Jean, to benefit students in the business school.
L.E. Sidener Scholarship Fund This fund was established by Larry Sidener for undergraduate scholarships in School of Business and Administration for students with financial need.
SIOR St. Louis Chapter and the SIOR Foundation Term Scholarship
Frank and Beverly Spinner Scholarship This scholarship was established by Frank Spinner (BA 58) and benefits students in the School of Business and Administration.
Donald J. Tyree Scholarship in Finance The purpose of this fund is to provide scholarships for needy sophomores, juniors, or seniors majoring in Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
U.S. Bank Graduate B & A Fellowship This fund was established by Firstar Bank for Ph.D. business students who reside in Missouri or one of the eight states adjacent to it in which Mercantile has its principal business activity.
Stephen Vasquez Scholarship This scholarship was established in the memory of Stephen Vasquez, who was dean of the School of Business and Administration from 1952 to 1973, and benefits students in the business school.
Dr. Kenneth and Frances Wagner Scholarship This scholarship was established by the late Dr. Wagner (DN 39) and his wife, and is restricted to students in the School of Business and Administration.
Carol Wells Fund for Graduate Business Education The fund was established by Carol Wells (BA 83)The fund supports full-time graduate students in the School of Business and Administration.
William R. Williams Student Scholarship This fund was established by William R. Williams (BA 55) to benefit students in the School of Business.
Charles Wuller Scholarship This scholarship is in memory of Charles Wuller (BA 38) who served as a faculty member and administrator in the School for 50 years. The scholarship is restricted to business students.
Edward and Marjorie Wuller Scholarship The fund was established in honor of Edward and Marjorie Wuller by their son Mark (BA 72 & 74) and his wife, Mary (AS 72) for business undergraduates.
Mark and Mary Wuller Graduate Scholarship This fund was established in 2001 by Mark (BA 72) and Mary (AS 72) Wuller for fifth-year accounting students who are U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents of the United States, with preference given to students who are from the St. Louis metropolitan area.
